Citrino is made by carefully pressing the tastiest ripe olives together with fresh lemons, which results in three components: olive oil, lemon essential oils, and lemon juice. By using centrifugation, we can separate the oils from the water-rich lemon juice. The end result is a pure extra virgin olive oil infused with essential lemon oils, delivering a vibrant lemony taste without any water that would separate from the oil.
